INVESTMENT FIRM<\/h4>\n

A leading investment bank and full-service investment firm that provides financial services and advice to high net worth investors, individuals, businesses and institutions needed staffing expertise assistance. For over 130 years, they have provided investors with the necessary expertise and insight to meet the challenge of achieving their financial goals.<\/p>\n

The investment company needed staff augmentation support to build, troubleshoot and support two WebLogic portals \u2013 eFix and eUIT. eFix is bidding system through which traders can view the market data for corporate bonds and muni bonds securities, and make bidding decisions using the price and yield calculation provided by this system. Subscribed market data from providers like Bloomberg\/Thomas Reuters are used. FIX messaging is used to submit the bids. eUIT Trading System is an online application designed to allow Financial Advisors or Registered Client Service Associates access to view and electronically buy secondary market Unit Investment Trust securities. Both portals are WebLogic based applications which follow MVC architecture, Spring Webflow Framework, iBatis and Sybase. Presentation layer uses JSP, JavaScript libraries like DOJO and jQuery.<\/p>\n

We brought on-board a senior integration \/ WebLogic resource to oversee and help build these two portals for the investment firm. It was a direct staffing opportunity in which our resource functioned as part of the investment firm team and reported up to their IT management team. This project showcased our ability to staff opportunities with key resources that are an excellent fit for the client\u2019s requirements and who function as an essential part of the client\u2019s team.<\/p>\n
